Transfer news LIVE: All the latest moves from the January window

Atlanta’s Prem raid

Atlanta United are eyeing January swoops for two Premier League stars.

The MLS side’s top forward target is Middlesbrough star Emmanuel Latte Lath.

But as a back-up plan, they have reportedly submitted a £15m bid for Odsonne Edouard.

The French striker is currently on loan at Leicester from Crystal Palace.

Atlanta are also trying to bring Miguel Almiron back to the club and have offered Newcastle £10m.

Herrera joins Boca

Ex-Man Utd star Ander Herrera has left Athletic Club and signed for Argentine giants Boca Juniors.

It is a dream come true for the 35-year-old Spanish midfielder, who previously said: “If, one day, I get a chance to play in South America, I’d love to go to Boca, the biggest [club].”

Herrera joins former United team-mates Sergio Romero and Marcos Rojo in Buenos Aires.

Edinson Cavani is also at the club and the pair played together at PSG instead of in Manchester.

Little-known rule delays Kolo Muani move

A little-known rule is preventing Man Utd and Spurs target Randal Kolo Muani joining Juventus on loan.

The PSG striker was attracting Premier League interest but appears to be heading to Turin, having reportedly undergone a medical at Juve earlier this week.

But PSG have already hit the limit of six senior players out on loan in Xavi Simons (RB Leipzig), Carlos Soler (West Ham), Nordi Mukiele (Leverkusen), Renato Sanches (Benfica), Juan Bernat (Villarreal) and Lucas Lavallee (Aubagne).

Sky Italia claim goalkeeper Lavallee is set to be recalled to allow Kolo Muani’s move to happen.

Italian job

AC Milan look set to end their pursuit of Marcus Rashford and sign Kyle Walker instead.

Both England stars are looking to leave Manchester this month and the duo have been on the radar of the Rossoneri.

Serie A rules prevents them from bringing both to San Siro this month.

Rashford’s wages have provided a stumbling block in a loan move and the club instead are in the final stages of a deal for Walker.

Arsenal and City battle for starlet

Arsenal and Man City want to sign 18-year-old midfielder Sverre Nypan, according to The Telegraph.

The teenager has been touted as one of Europe’s hottest prospects and he made his debut for Rosenborg aged 15.

The Norwegian side are holding out for £10m.

Nypan is represented by agent Rafaela Pimenta, who has Erling Haaland as a client.

Arsenal teen nears exit

Eintracht Frankfurt have confirmed they are in talks to sign Arsenal academy prospect Ayden Heaven.

Gunners centre back Heaven, 18, is yet to sign a professional contract and his scholarship terms end this summer.

But he did make his senior debut in the Carabao Cup fourth round against Preston.

Eintracht CEO Markus Krosche has revealed the Bundesliga side are exploring the possibility of bringing the Hale End teenager to Germany.

Krosche said: “We spoke to Arsenal. We try to sign him. He’s a really good prospect and we’ll see if we can find a solution with him.”

Arsenal will receive some form of compensation should Heaven depart for another club.

The starlet came through the Arsenal academy alongside current first-team stars Ethan Nwaneri, 17, and Myles Lewis-Skelly, 18.

The left-footed defender has been capped by England U18s and U19s.
