Now, beautiful Connie has joined Palmer at the GQ Men of the Year event at the Kensington Roof Gardens – making it their first photographic debut at a specific public event.
She dazzled with the Blues midfielder in a daring cut-out dress.
They were joined by Palmer’s mum, Marie at the bash in London.
