JOHN TERRY posted an intimate picture of his wife massaging his legs after he took part in the 2025 London Marathon.
The former Chelsea captain completed the mega feat alongside his ex-Blues colleague Jody Morris.
The ex-England skipper suffered from nipple chafing during the 26.2-mile race.
Terry, 44, was clearly in discomfort as blood was seen coming through his T-shirt when he was picked out by TV during the event.
He was also forced to slow to a walk at one point due to cramp.
The Blues legend ultimately completed the course in scorching conditions in just over five hours.
And he took to his Instagram story on Monday morning to show his wife Toni massaging his sore legs.
He cheekily captioned the snap: “Stiff in all the wrong places.”
Terry followed it up with two more posts of himself in a sauna and an ice bath.
Fellow defender Leonardo Bonucci also competed in the capital, with the former Juventus centre-back clocking in two minutes behind Terry and Morris.

While Arsenal favourite Jack Wilshere, who had to rush to London to take part after managing Norwich in the Championship on Saturday, finished in five hours and four minutes.
Terry spoke exclusively to SunSport at the finish, saying that it was the “toughest thing I’ve ever done”.
Terry retired from his playing career in 2018 after a season with Aston Villa in the Championship.
He moved into an assistant manager capacity at Villa Park in October that year, alongside Dean Smith.
He left the Birmingham outfit in 2021 to take up a coaching consultancy position at Chelsea, before he was lured back into the dugout by Smith, who took the reins at Leicester City in 2023.
In July that summer, Terry returned to Cobham once more to become a Chelsea academy coach.
