When two of the globe’s biggest sports collide, football and basketball, there’s a high chance you’ll see some pretty stylish outfits on display, whether it be pitchside or courtside.

Manchester United star Marcus Rashford caused a stir on social media in November when he flew to Maddison Square Garden to see the New York Knicks take on the Brooklyn Nets in the NBA Cup. He arrived in a luxury Louis Vuitton fur coat before taking a seat to see the Knicks reign victorious over their local rivals.

While some didn’t agree with Rashford’s international break choice, his clear passion for basketball sees him join a long list of players who have jetted oversees to see the best in the game face off.

Vinicius Junior, Jude Bellingham and Neymar – 90min have gathered some of football’s most stylish basketball fans.

Jude Bellingham has reached unimaginable heights over the last few years, moving to Real Madrid in the summer of 2023 to really begin his climb to the top.

It comes with the territory of being with Los Blancos, but Bellingham has now established himself as a firm basketball fan. And, of course, the opportunity to be in attendance at one of these games also offers the England international the chance to show off some of his best outfits.

Spotted in a casual blue sweater in January and pairing a black hoodie with distressed jeans the October prior – Bellingham knows how to dress for the courts.

Real Madrid midfielder Aurelien Tchouameni just gets it when it comes to style. Similar to a few of his teammates, the French star is a regular on the court, often turning up to show his support to Real Madrid Baloncesto.

Tchouameni is known for his streetwear style, and this outfit composed of a Migos shirt and Fear of God Essentials tracksuit pants really shows off his personal flair.

Basketball suits you, Tchouameni.

Marcus Rashford

This Man Utd star had already earned his place among football’s best dressed players but has certainly established his status after pulling up to Maddison Square Garden in an outrageous Louis Vuitton coat.

Underneath his luxury outerwear, Rashford donned an all-back ensemble, pairing bold silver chains with his one-toned look. The Chrome Hearts beanie and earrings finished off this perfect style – catching the eye of fans everywhere.

He later managed to pick up a Knicks jersey from Jalen Brunson – not bad!

Vinicius Jr.

Whether it be the EuroLeague or the NBA, Vinicius Junior can almost always be found front row at some of basketball’s most exciting fixtures.

Vinicius, who is admittedly a huge fan of LeBron James, even swapped a jersey with the Los Angeles Lakers legend last Christmas. Naturally, the Real Madrid star always turns up in style – sporting some of the best courtside fashion from the football world.

High-end brands, chunky chains and snapbacks – Vinicius was definitely an NBA star in another life.

Neymar is not only a huge basketball fan, but he’s also pretty good at it, according to six-time NBA All-Star Jimmy Butler.

You can take his word for that, but what is definite is the Brazilian’s clear sense of style that he’s so often demonstrated courtside. The former Barcelona star owns plenty of NBA memorabilia, with the Los Angeles Lakers most often mentioned in the same breath as Neymar.

His outfits always include bling – whether it be stylish silver chains or sleek rings.
