FA Cup semi-final draw LIVE: Wembley awaits as City and Forest learn opponents

Yates hail’s stunning Forest season

Ryan Yates is relishing the “special day” Nottingham Forest fans will experience in their semi-final next month.

The Tricky Trees skipper said: “It’s been an incredible season.

“We have achieved nothing yet but to send [our fans] to Wembley again – we know how special it was last time, getting promoted.

“It will be a special day and I am so pleased for the supporters and overall I think we deserved it.”

What time is the draw?

The draw is expected to get underway after Preston North End’s clash with Aston Villa, which kicked off at 1:30pm.

Should the game not go to extra time and penalties, we’re looking at a rough start time of around 3:45pm.

Glasner coy on Cup triumph

Crystal Palace chief Oliver Glasner is refusing to allow himself to think about guiding the Eagles to FA Cup glory.

He said: “I don’t want to talk about winning the trophy because even in the next game we can’t win it,’ said the Palace boss.

“It’s just the semi-finals and in a cup competition, it doesn’t matter if you lose in round one or the semi-final, you enter the competition to win it.

“But, yes, it is a great achievement to reach the semi-finals, and especially in this environment, because it’s at Wembley and this is typically English, and I like it.”
