Man Utd transfer news LIVE: Latest rumours and updates from Old Trafford

Sancho jeered by Chelsea fans

Groans rung around Stamford Bridge when Jadon Sancho was on the ball for much of the first half against Spurs.

Former Prem goalkeeper Ben Foster has raised doubts over whether Chelsea will take up the option to sign Sancho permanently.

It follows the emergence of a £5m get-out clause in his loan deal that could see the winger stay at Old Trafford.

Foster said on his Fozcast podcast: “I would be very surprised if Chelsea took up that option (to buy him) and paid the money.

“He’s been okay this season, but Sancho hasn’t ripped up any trees. If he did rip up trees, £25million is a snip in today’s market.

But I think he’s started 17 games for Chelsea in the Premier League this season and only got two goals and four assists.

“It’s not what you want and it’s not enough really.

“He probably is going to go back to Man United and Chelsea are going to have to pay £5million to send a player back.

“The problem is the wages are £200,000 a week apparently, so he’s going to go back to United, and he’s probably going to do something similar to what he’s done at Chelsea.”

United have made Udinese striker Lorenzo Lucca one of their top targets for the summer transfer window, reports Tutto Mercato.

The Red Devils has been keeping tabs on his situation with reports in Italy claiming he could be allowed to leave for just £25million.

Liverpool, Arsenal, Nottingham Forest and AC Milan are also interested in the 24-year-old.

Lindelof hopes of Prem move

Everton and West Ham are both considering a move to sign Victor Lindelof as a free agent.

The centre-back’s Man Utd contract runs out this summer.

Konou believe it

Manchester United saw off interest from Barcelona to complete the signing of Sekou Kone, according to reports in Spain.

Sport claim that Barca were keen to sign the 19-year-old before he joined United from Malian side Guidars FC last summer.

The youngster has been a part of first team training with United and has represented the club at both U19 and U21 level.
