This time last week Marc Cucurella was off the pitch and changing his boots having slipped twice and caused Chelsea to go two down at Tottenham.
He looks much more certain on his feet tonight but Chelsea don’t look quite so domineering against Brentford.
Cole Palmer has pumped one shot straight at keeper Mark Flekken and the home side are in control but the Bees are more resolute than Spurs.

18. Now Enzo is caught in possession following an aggressive Brentford press, and Wissa wins a corner for the Bees.
Don’t get too excited though. The delivery from the left is almost as bad as the one Chelsea produced moments earlier.
